I made the USB with the media creation tool from Microsoft's site. After turning on the PC, these events occurred: 1. Lenovo logo appeared in 3 seconds 2. Screen turned blank after 4 seconds 3. Windows 10 logo showed up in 5 seconds 4. Screen went blank and both keyboard and mouse lights faded in 1 second 5. These steps 1 through 4 repeat continuously.
