Windows 10 experiences occasional glitches. It works well inside games but causes problems on the desktop, especially in certain apps like Ryzen Master and Razer Synapse. The issue appears when you hover over elements such as temperature indicators or usage stats—you notice a slight screen flicker that spreads across the whole display. This effect is more visible on darker backgrounds. It seems to be linked to Windows 10 itself. I’ve installed the latest drivers and updated the OS, but the problem persists. It’s not a critical issue, though the annoyance with the flickering in Ryzen Master and Razer Synapse is bothersome.
