The operating system won't appear automatically when you assemble the PC. Use a USB drive and install the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. The tool will fetch the latest bootable Windows version onto the USB, which you then insert into the new computer to set up.

You face more problems running two Windows versions on one machine instead of waiting until a new PC arrives. It’s better to purchase the software you’ll use regularly. Relative to most other components, it’s an extremely affordable upgrade.
