Revert the modifications in the same manner you applied them. Alternatively, run the sfc/scannow command as an administrator to inspect and repair system files (this is my first suggestion for such a fix).

Umm... my windows refreshed and it restarted again... I thought about using the "Get Help" app, but as soon as it launched it also began acting like that. I asked someone on the Microsoft forums, but for some reason my message got deleted and I can't create a new one—I don’t know if I’m being paranoid. EDIT: someone replied to my post in the forum and suggested signing out of the store and then signing back in. I did sign out, but when I try to log in again it keeps doing that thing.
