I've been experiencing some issues lately, my wifi button disappears unexpectedly. When it does, the laptop fails to recognize the adapter at all, not even through Device Manager. There are no options to remove or manually turn it on. It usually works again after a short restart, but now it's completely nonfunctional. I haven't found any solutions online because nobody seems to have encountered this problem. Everyone else still has their adapter listed in Device Manager. Is there any way to resolve this?

Update your post with complete laptop specifications and operating system details. Execute "ipconfig /all" through the Command Prompt. Paste the retrieved information here. Ensure the device has only one active network adapter, either wired or wireless.

The CMD interface appeared after executing a command during the problem. It was an ASUS TUF A15 with Ryzen 5 4600h, GTX 1650m, 8 GB DDR4 RAM, and half a terabyte of M.2 SSD. My friend suggested using Device Manager to reveal hidden items so I could scan it manually or update the drivers. This method worked, but I’m unsure if it will automatically deactivate again later.
