Problem with video output after reinstalling the old graphics card
First, specs
Video card, Asus RTX 2070
Motherboard: Asus Tuf Gaming Z390-Plus
Ram : 16 gigs Corsair (can't read anymore, not sure where documentation is for my system anymore)
Processor: Intel 12xxx (I think, was built in 2020)
PSU I have it sealed in place, don't want to pull it and cause more problems, 750W I think. Shouldn't be the issue.
My computer was working fine for the past few years, no complaints. I am trying to build a computer for my sister for Christmas, which is having nearly identical seeming issues, making me think there is something I'm missing. I built my computer around April or May of 2020 I want to say, and I don't recall having any problems with the initial build, but that is probably my memory crapping out on me to forget the trauma. The current issue is that I'm not getting any video output from any port, nor is my keyboard being recognized. The power LED is stable, and it sounds like it is ruining fine, all fans, and interior LEDs are lit. No output to monitor, at any stage. I have cleared cmos, everything is plugged in, and everything worked yesterday. I had an issue before with the system not recognizing the video card when I put it back in place after reinstalling and testing the old card, to make sure I had everything right. Worked fine, same as always. Though now that I think of it, I didn't get a BIOS screen yesterday. When I put the case back verticaly, and plugged everything in, the power LED started blinking to indicate a VGA error, so I reinstalled the card, and cleaned the socket, still got the same error. Then I reset CMOS by jumper, and the power LED was stable, but no video output. Removed battery, reset CMOS, still same situation. Not sure what to try next, parts should still be good, and give no indication of going out. There is nothing in the way of the connector, any of them, that would short out the Display Port cable. All components tested good yesterday, and nothing untoward has happened to them since. Any thoughts?
If the CPU isn't an F model, it should include an integrated GPU and you can connect a monitor without plugging in the GPU.

I attempted the built-in video, but it didn’t work. Both via HDMI and Display Port
After a power-off, I plan to remove the video card, reset the CMOS, and test if video appears through the onboard port. I’ll update later if it succeeds.
I removed the video card and managed to boot from the built-in video. I'm going to look into what steps to take next.
Updates for the future: Once the computer starts using video, I reinstalled the previous card and it worked again. I believe I understand how to get the other version to display properly as well. Thanks for your assistance!
