Hello, I hope you're doing well today. Recently, vertical lines appeared on my main screen after a short time of playing a game. I've observed a few details: both monitors use display ports, this issue only affects the main screen and not the side one, I've switched both ports on the monitor and GPU sides, yet the lines persist. The UI settings don't show any connection to a console via HDMI. This suggests a software-related problem. I removed drivers using DDU twice—once in normal mode and once in safe mode—and the issue seemed to resolve temporarily. After reinstalling drivers, it didn't fix the problem. When I tried uninstalling GPU drivers through Device Manager, the same lines appeared again and then disappeared briefly before reappearing. Even after completing driver removal and restarting the system, the lines returned. I've also tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers, but that didn't help. If you can assist, I really appreciate it.

consider the possibility of a graphics card problem or a monitor malfunction. Try using an old console or connect your monitor to the PC via HDMI using the port. If the monitor appears normal through the HDMI, the issue is likely with the HDMI connection itself. If the HDMI works properly, it could indicate a faulty display port input on your monitor.

I linked my PC via HDMI 2.0 to the monitor, and it functioned properly without issues, suggesting the monitor's display port might be damaged. I can still maintain 240 Hz performance, but ULMB isn't compatible with HDMI. It's a shame, though—I think it could have been much worse.

Sure, it works with HDMI directly. For a second screen, you can use an HDMI adapter and connect the main HDMI port to it. If your setup uses HDMI 2.1 or 2.0, it should run smoothly at 60Hz.
