I have a Gigabyte Z690 Aero G DDR4 with a 12700K processor (not overclocked, but consistently undervolted) and a Corsair RM750x (white). This problem appears uniformly across the board, on Windows, Mac OS (Hackintosh), and even in the BIOS. In BIOS, the mouse jumps abruptly right away upon startup. On Mac OS, the stuttering is rare initially and lasts only about a quarter of a second. Over time, the delay grows and persists longer with each day of operation. This does not occur on my monitor when using the same mouse and keyboard connected from my MacBook or Lenovo laptop. Various attempts were made: swapped motherboards, changed CPU, replaced PSU, tried TV instead, reinstalled OS, removed USB devices except mouse/keyboard, deleted SSDs and NVMe drives, removed GPU, unplugged Intel Wi-Fi/Bluetooth AX210 card, reset BIOS to version f25, re-seated RAM, updated BIOS from f23 to f29 (latest), disconnected motherboard, removed all connections from the case, and even used a different power supply. This continues even after BIOS changes. I've booted into BIOS after removing nearly everything possible—including SSDs, NVMe drives, GPU, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card, F_U32 header, USB ports, and even the case’s internal connections. Not using any USB hubs; both wired and wireless mice connect directly to the board, regardless of port type or speed.

Important: this also impacts audio. When music plays through my JBL USB speakers, the sound cuts out for the same duration as the mouse skips on screen—still noticeable after several days when the skipping lasts half a second. A clip is available at the 1:50 mark slowed to 0.25x.

I’ve already sent the motherboard back for RMA, but they told me nothing was wrong. I’d really appreciate any guidance.

Full system details:
- Gigabyte Z690 Aero G DDR4 Rev 1.0
- Intel 12700k processor
- Kingston Fury Beast 3600mhz CL18-22-22
- 16GB Sapphire Nitro+ 6800
- Noctua NH-D15 Chromax Black
- Samsung 500GB SSD, WD Blue SATA SSD, Meshify 2
- Corsair RM750x White (2021)
- Cablemod White cables
- Logitech G604 & G502 mini with USB dongle
- Acer Predator XB271HU monitor
- SATA power switch hub (link provided)

Audio: JBL speakers experience identical stuttering to mouse delays.

I'm reviving this thread since I've been at it for MONTHS, but an interesting thing came up; I use my desktop in a condo, back when this issue came up around January/February I couldn't figure it out, practically built a new computer and it was still doing the same thing with the mouse and speakers (still does to this day, bought a laptop to get a usable computer). The interesting thing is, I helped a friend install some apps on his Mac Mini, and it did the same thing (nowhere near as often, but it did). So I brought my desktop to my parents house, and the issue is completely GONE. Is there something with the electricity in my building??? Anyone got any ideas of what it could be? Here's a better demonstration of how crazy the mouse movement gets:
