I just bought a Lian Li O11 AIr Mini and after installing everything into it I found the USB C port isn't working. The case connector is a 3.1 Gen 2 and the motherboard is 3.2 Gen 2x2. Could there be some incompatibility between the two that would make it not work? And are there adapters that I can get to get it working? Thank you!

It must fit physically into the socket on the board. The connector is merely a cable without a fixed version, even if labeled otherwise. Verify it is inserted correctly. If unsure, inspect the cable for any signs of damage.
