Problem with USB B550 device disconnecting and reconnecting repeatedly.
Hello, I've faced this problem for years and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. When launching a game, everything loads normally but then the USB ports disconnect and reconnect repeatedly, and Bluetooth also fails to connect. I've updated my motherboard BIOS, driver chipset, and turned off the C-state in the BIOS. Additionally, I've disabled power management for the USB ports, which leaves me with no clear solution. I'm reaching out hoping someone with more expertise can assist me with these specs: B550-e Strix Asus Mobo Ryzen 7 3700x RTX Auros 3070 master Corsair 32gb 3600mhz.
theres an option, now i forget where it is and what its called, but it puts devices into a low power state if theyre idle for long enough to save energy, i think it might be in power and performance settings. But ive had a mate have a similar issue before (though not the exact same one) and it fixed that issue EDIT: It might be this setting
