The USB Wi-Fi card isn't functioning properly. It doesn't appear in the quick Wi-Fi settings, and in Device Manager it displays this message: the USB adapter one is the adapter.

Occasionally USB adapters need downloaded drivers or special software to function properly. My Bluesoleil USB adapter required its own software to operate correctly.

I reviewed their site and saved the drivers. I ran the installation but didn’t see any changes.
