Hello everyone, I'm dealing with a challenging problem with my ZTE ZXHN F670L router. I hope someone can assist me in resolving this. Recently, my ISP, Netplus Broadband (based in India), released a firmware update for my device. After applying the update, I found that the ISP has locked my router's firmware, preventing me from updating or flashing it myself. Here are some details about my configuration: Router Model: ZTE ZXHN F670L ISP: Netplus Broadband (India). Before the update, I could manually install new firmware versions without issues. Now, the latest update has caused this restriction, making it impossible to change or add firmware myself. I've tried reaching out to the ISP's technical support, but they haven't offered a clear solution. They say the locked firmware is essential for network compatibility and stability, but I'm eager to find a workaround or alternative method to regain control over my router's settings. If anyone has faced a similar issue or has tips on bypassing this lock, your advice would be invaluable. I appreciate any guidance you can provide!

This raises the issue of whether you own the modem. It seems unclear if you do, so we can't assist further. Regardless, operate the ISP modem in bridge mode and connect your preferred router.

I control the router. Following the setup from my ISP, they deployed the latest firmware version 9 which restricted admin controls. Consequently, I can't access the power-user settings anymore; certain options like firmware updates, MAC filtering, and SSID changes are unavailable.

I attempted the TELNET and TFTP flash, but both ports are blocked by the ISP, preventing a connection.

You bought the router at a shop and set it up by yourself, or are you leasing it because the company cut off your internet service?

I don't have access to firmware files. Could you provide more details or clarify your request?
