I tried using Malwarebytes to clean it up, but it keeps showing up again after I restart. Can you help?

Are you comfortable with cleaning windows by wiping them or removing any software? Use HideMe to check for bad signals and trace the issue yourself. Or reinstall Windoge.

Check the registry, run MalwareBytes to identify the threat, then open the registry and press Ctrl + F to locate the trojan name, searching through all entries and removing them.

Use CCcleaner to sanitize your registry, otherwise try Hitman Pro.
