Try accessing Windows and open Device Manager. Look for any highlighted items. This helps identify hardware issues and provides error codes. Searching online for these codes can give additional details.

Device Manager appears normal. This seems to point toward a RAM problem. You may find success with RAM featuring a CAS Latency of 30.

It might still be a RAM problem. They just don’t function well together. Many tech problems seem confusing.
