Hey there, I'm having trouble with my AMD Threadripper 3970X and Gigabyte TRX40 DESIGNARE motherboard. I'm trying to install the Gigabyte Maple Ridge Thunderbolt 4 card, but it's not working. All cables are plugged in, the installation files just show up the CMD prompt and disappear. The Thunderbolt only provides power, not data transfer. I've also tried the Titan Ridge 2.0 card. Could anyone help me figure this out? I'm ready to send over for a proper diagnosis if needed.

The motherboard is compatible with Thunderbolt 3, not 4. Gigabyte offers a TB3 add-in card for that model, which should function: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GC-...-rev-20#kf

I also attempted the Titan Ridge 2.0 card but the outcome remained unchanged.
