Motherboard: Tuf B360M Plus gaming SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2. I connected the new SSD to my motherboard alongside the existing HDD. After installing it in the M2_2 socket and reinstalling my graphics card, the PC would repeatedly fail to power on after just half a second. Switching to the M2_1 socket didn’t help. Now I’m considering removing the SSD entirely and restarting the system, but it still doesn’t power up fully.

Start with the basic components only. Power on using the built-in HDMI and attempt to boot into BIOS. Check the motherboard for any Debug Lights indicating DRAM, CPU, or VGA status. If it functions, install one hardware part at a time.
