Disconnected all the cables. Removed SSD and HDDs and connected only Motherboard, CPU, GPU and Fan cables. Did not attach front panel cables. Still completely nothing. Wait, there seems to be a new development now GTX1650 Super is not functioning at all. Only GT730 works. I tried both PCIe slots on the board, but the same issue occurred. It doesn't seem to be related to that specific PCIe slot.

MSI seems to have used a tester, which came back clean and marked it as repaired. This isn't unique to MSI—most motherboard makers follow similar procedures.
MSI has always been a hassle for me. I didn’t try the AMD side, but I managed to get some Intel parts that performed well for about 15 years. Only one worked decently and saved me money instead of replacing it. That unit also had two RAM slots missing, but the seller didn’t wait for a replacement and used it for two years before giving it away. This person didn’t reach out to me or my friends, so we wouldn’t have warned them to avoid MSI. It’s disappointing that after just a few months, he had to handle all the issues. Now I’m hoping the GPU is okay or if we need to replace it too—it would be a hassle.
