The problem began recently when I was getting ready to play Rocket League with a friend, but it happened again and affected me badly. I’m unsure how to fix it, even though it’s occurred before and resolved on its own. I’d rather wait for advice from someone who’s been through this than stay idle. After sharing this, I plan to reinstall the driver to check if it’s corrupted.
The problem appears when connecting the controller, causing the start bar to freeze and preventing typing or opening files. Restarting the PC is necessary to resolve it.

I believe you're referencing the newest BIOS versions. There are two different Asrock B550M motherboards available. I was using an ASRock model with a USB problem and screensavers, spanning from January 2012 to March 2017. The latest BIOS didn't fix it because the issue stemmed from the motherboard design or USB itself.
