Because CrystalDiskInfo recognizes the disk, it seems the device needs formatting. (It arrived fully empty, lacking a partition table, partitions, or file system.) You can achieve this using the Disk Management tool included with Windows. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...728f7d7d2e The installation wizard created the partition table and formatted your C: drive during setup, but it missed the secondary storage.
