During gameplay the PC turns black and the screen cuts out completely, no light appears and there’s no response. In Discord I can hear others for a short period. After switching the GPU it doesn’t change. The issue occurs randomly, requiring a restart or power cut. I tried resetting the PC but it didn’t help. Possible causes and fixes: check hardware connections, ensure proper power supply, verify RAM compatibility, and consider updating drivers.
