Power Supply: FSP HV Pro 85+ 550W
RAM: Midasforce PC25600 DDR4 3200GHz 16GB
Storage: Midasforce SSD SATA3 512GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte H110M-DS2 LGA1151
VGA: AMD RX580
Processor: Intel i5-6500
After setting everything up and ensuring all cables were securely connected, I attempted to power on the PC. After several tries by the power supply to activate before restarting, it finally turned on—but it still wouldn’t reach BIOS. I then removed one component at a time from the GPU, RAM, and storage until only the power supply, motherboard, and processor remained plugged in. Even then, it took a while for the system to fully power up, repeatedly attempting to restart 2-3 times before stabilizing. Could it be the power supply is the issue, or is there another problem? I’ve tried resetting the motherboard by removing the CMOS battery, swapping the memory stick to a different slot, unplugging everything and reconnecting. I’m unsure which component is faulty since I don’t have other PC parts to test.

Sorry if much of this is unclear, I’m really confused and it’s been a long day. I’ll try to explain more clearly in my next messages.

Thanks ahead of time for your assistance!
P.s; the orange LED on the motherboard stayed on throughout my tests, and I never managed to enter BIOS. I haven’t tried the pin kickstart method to isolate just the PSU, and I’m confident I’ve covered all possible steps.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! Check the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins. For your build, use one stick of RAM in slots A1 or B1. Ensure the RAM is securely seated. If you're having trouble getting your build to boot, consider sourcing a different RAM kit—preferably one with a brand if you can't get the current ones to work. You can access BIOS without storage, provided you have only RAM, processor, iGPU (without a discrete GPU), and motherboard.
