Problem with the new Ryzen 5600G.
Hey everyone, I just got a Ryzen 5600G and an Asus TUF gaming x570-plus board for my mini home server setup. This isn’t my first time assembling PCs, but this is the first time it’s happened. When I power on the system with the integrated graphics, the image gets distorted. The CPU runs smoothly if I connect a dedicated GPU. At first I assumed either the CPU or the motherboard was faulty, so I swapped them out, but the new ones still have the same problem. I’ve checked each RAM stick separately, tried different cables for HDMI and DisplayPort, updated the BIOS, added a temporary GPU to test, and confirmed the CPU works fine. Apart from some trial and error, I’m wondering if there’s something missing on the board. I bought both the motherboard and CPU together on Amazon—any advice would be super helpful!
The monitor has a resolution and refresh rate of 1920x1080 at 60 Hz.
It's a 4K display at 60Hz (they mention 120Hz), with FreeSync support. My HTPC running a 6800XT works perfectly with it.
