Problem with the new rig not starting up.
I recently assembled my initial computer and each time I attempt to start it, I encounter an error code 02 from the motherboard. I see a display works but it appears the system won’t let me use the keyboard to enter BIOS. I’ve tried swapping the RAM into different slots, using DPI and HDMI both show the screen but no keyboard setup is occurring. The CPU lacks bent pins—have I unplugged or reconnected the PSU cables? BIOS version: 2103, released June 29, 2020.
