You have one GB of DDR3 RAM installed, but your PC isn't recognizing the new RAM when you try to install it. It seems to work fine with the existing 1 GB. Check if the new RAM is properly seated and try booting again. If the issue persists, contact the seller or manufacturer for assistance.

I don't have a system, but I can help you with general information or guide you on what specifications to look for. Let me know how I can assist!

Another type is DDR3L that operates at a distinct voltage. It's not compatible.

Looking for info on a G630 Intel CPU with 450 watts PSU? Here are some photos you can check.

The Dolgix stick won’t function because it uses DDR3L technology, which operates at low voltage. It won’t fit in a standard DDR3 socket. Without knowing the exact motherboard model, it’s possible larger sticks aren’t supported—especially if it’s a prebuilt system, it might be an inexpensive or outdated DDR3 board. Another option is that the 4GB stick you have isn’t compatible either. I’m unfamiliar with ANT Esports and generally find newer DDR3 sticks to be average quality.

the 1gb acer stick (ics covered by sticker) functions, but neither the ant esports (dual rank hynix cfr) nor ddr3l dolgix work. the board is an ecs h61 and i suspect these sticks have passed through before. i haven’t noticed any problems with my 1gb sticks (psc) or my hynix 4gb sticks, which are also dual rank cfr like yours. i’d suggest updating the bios just to be safe. ram ic issues seem more likely than a faulty stick, regardless of brand. the dolgix is unclear to me, and i don’t own any ddr3l sticks—i only buy reliable ones. hynix cfr is a standard ics, so if it’s not working, the stick might be defective or dirty (clean the gold pins with fingertips or a damp cloth). i’m unsure about the ddr3 boards, but they can sometimes clash with ram ic requirements like my gigabyte p55a. i don’t think the 1333 ddr3 will cause problems since it’s common and runs at 1.5v. overall, it looks like the issue lies with the ics or settings rather than the hardware itself.

It's somewhat dependent on the setup. I've seen motherboards handle both DDR3 and DDR3L, but some won't work with both at the same time—it seems like a one-or-none situation. This particular board might not support DDR3L modules, which isn't unusual, especially in older laptops and budget builds.

I’ve heard a lot about DDR3L laptops not working with regular DDR3 non-LSD modules. Right now I don’t have an ECS H61, so I can’t try it myself. Since I sold all of them, I’d suggest returning the RAM if you think they might be faulty. If you’re considering a replacement, it’s best to get another motherboard to test the RAM first. I’m confused about why DDR3L isn’t compatible with everything—it seems like a common issue. The Ant Esports uses Hynix CFR, which should work on most boards since it’s widely supported. You could try buying used DDR3 from a seller and check part numbers to match. Avoid mixing 2Gbit and 4Gbit RAM because 4Gbit is mostly useless for TRFC and varies between brands and revisions. Some boards won’t play well together, especially at low speeds like 1333 MHz. So even if you’re not sure, it’s safer to stick with compatible options.
