Here is the revised version of your text:

The setup includes a Gigabyte B850 Gaming WiFi 6 motherboard with Gigabyte B850 Gaming WiFi 6 1.0 RAM, Patriot Viper 32GB DDR5 (slots 2 and 4), and a 1GB Zotac 5070 Ti HTY Y40 case. The processor is a Ryzen 7 7700 8-core, and all connections have been carefully undone and reassembled. I use an MSI 650W power supply whenever the computer is connected to a monitor. The BIOS doesn’t appear on the screen, regardless of whether I connect an HDMI cable to the GPU or just the motherboard. When turning on, the motherboard’s indicator lights switch to VGA mode, prompting me to check the graphics card. The card seems to be installed properly. I’ve tried various troubleshooting steps, including updating the BIOS from another PC via a flash drive and using the Q Flash option, but I’m still unable to determine what changed.

Plug your cable back into the GPU, and try re seating the GPU completely, I did have this exact problem once and I genuinely thought it was correctly seated multiple times well I was wrong, I re seated it a third time and well it worked Also you CPU doesn't have integrated graphic if I'm not wrong so plugging into the motherboard won't work. If it still doesn't work you might need to try and update your BIOS If it's all correctly seated, you could try and check the CPU and the RAM if those are correctly placed, make sure no dust/hair or other stuff is in there Other people might be more useful than I am for solutions ! Edit whoopsies : I didn't see you already tried some of those my bad, y

Prefer to power on the system using the motherboard in its original packaging first, so you can confirm which components are functioning properly. Then repeat the process before attaching the final side panel. Keep in mind, don't rush—quality matters more than speed.
