During normal operation and gaming (like in R6 Siege), the system fluctuates between 160 to 2fps. It runs prebuilt with RX 1650, Intel i5 10400F, ASUS prebuilt board, 500GB M.2 SSD, DDR4 2666MHz, single 16GB RAM, and 500W power supply. The GPU is a GeForce GTX 1650. I’m upgrading to an RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro+. All drivers are updated, and I’ve checked the BIOS settings in AMD’s software. My friend thinks it might be a software glitch requiring a Windows reinstall, but I prefer avoiding that. Could the power supply be the issue?

AMD suggests using a PSU with at least 600W for the RX 5700 XT. This problem might stem from several factors. Have you checked the temperatures? What’s the maximum it reaches before restarting? Are you seeing any radeon wattman warnings in the Catalyst app?

I can verify the temperatures, though I recall previously everything looked normal. My PC isn’t rebooting and I don’t remember any issues.
