Details: Motherboard model ASRock b550, CPU Ryzen 7 5700x, previous GPU Radeon 6600, upgraded to 9060xt with 16GB RAM, PSU 750W. Issue started after installation—PC failed to boot, fans and RGB activated. Assistance needed.

Check if the board includes debug lights, consider resetting the BIOS, and test booting with a single RAM stick.

Which monitor do you use? The same one works with HDMI but not DisplayPort. A fresh installation of the display drivers should be the initial step. Because HDMI functions while DisplayPort doesn't, it suggests a potential issue with the GPU or driver.

Performed a complete reset with DDU and reinstalled everything. It functioned, GPU displayed properly and HDMI worked.
