Hello, your CPU upgrade from i3-7350K to i7-9700F worked fine on the new motherboard GA-H270-HD3. The fan noise and shutdown behavior seem normal, but the old CPU still boots perfectly. It doesn't matter if the CPU fits in the socket; the board needs software to work with that CPU.
