Problem with the new build pc not starting unless ram is reinserted
I assembled my pc a few days ago and each time I restart it, without reinserting the RAM, it doesn't boot to the Windows screen. After that, it works perfectly. I changed the CMOS battery, updated the BIOS, ran the memtest and found no errors. What could be the reason?
Ensure your post reflects the complete hardware specifications and operating system details. Refer to the motherboard's User Guide or Manual for precise requirements. Verify that the initial RAM module is correctly positioned in the designated slot, as incorrect placement may cause issues.
I started the computer with just one RAM stick at a time and it seems to be functioning well so far. If the issue persists, I’ll try updating.
