Problem with the Legion Laptop Y530 failing to recognize the hard drive.
Hello everyone I've created around 3-4 posts about it and I'll share one final update to see if you can assist. My LEGION Laptop Y530 is experiencing an issue. I replaced the hard drive because the previous one was slow and corrupted. When I inserted the new drive, it wasn't recognized. I checked the BIOS and only Intel Optane Memory appeared in the hard drive list. I also tried booting Windows from a USB drive, but when prompted for installation location, there were just two partitions: one with 16 GB, the Optane memory, and another with only 3 GB. My original 1 TB drive is missing. Please help.
