Consider placing the motherboard inside a fresh protective case, likely requiring some modification. Look for an OEM GTX 1050 Ti with a half-height design and a single slot configuration.

These compact devices aren't built with add-on GPUs in mind. Their purpose is mainly to operate using built-in graphics capabilities, making them suitable for office environments.

You don’t have to chill out. In fact, many users still choose to convert them using a GPU, and it’s definitely feasible.

I recall Dell once offered compact OEM GPUs. I’m not sure if the 1050Ti is available, but I’d reach out to them directly. Ask for the part number and look it up on eBay.

Reduce the temperature, though it’s difficult when the card is inside the case with the side panel shut. You’ll probably have to employ a PCIe riser and position the card outside the case.

Would you like to check the case formatting?

Consider eliminating the optical drive reader or explore an alternative design for the Inspiron 3250 Small Desktop.
