Avoid doing that; it might just irritate people. Start by repositioning your CPU—maybe a bad pin contact is causing the issue which can lead to RAM problems. Run a memory test to confirm there are no errors. After that, follow the steps for memtest86 to verify again. If you notice any stick-related issues, send it back for replacement. If RAM slots aren’t working, replace the motherboard. If nothing works, reach out to the manufacturer or RAM support team.

I’ve completed the memory test, but nothing was found. I received these components from Amazon, so I’d return it and order a replacement. It seems the slot isn’t faulty—the RAM is still functional, though it resists being restarted. Would you consider trying a new RAM module? And would you like to check again after a system restart?

There are many possible issues here, and the problem is unpredictable, making it hard to be certain it’s resolved. I’m curious about how this affects the system—are we starting from a cold state after a long shutdown or does it require a full restart? Replacing the CPU seems wise right now, and make sure the cooler is installed evenly. How much time do you have before the repair needs to be completed?

I was running more tests and noticed it happening every time after a restart. I thought I’d fixed it, but I realized it might have been a faulty RAM stick. I removed the old one, replaced it with a new one, and it worked perfectly—no restarts anymore. I ordered a different RAM and had the old one returned. Thanks for your advice!
