Check the screen on pg32ucdm, the flicker seems more noticeable in video than it actually is. It can occur occasionally and varies by game. Also, when switching to windowed fullscreen to view another monitor, the flickering appears, but pressing LEFT to return into the game fixes it. Here are some images for your NVIDIA settings.
