Hello, my Dell XPS 9360 from 2017 is behaving oddly lately. The laptop works fine with an external monitor, but the built-in screen often shuts off and briefly lights up before turning back off. This repeats continuously, allowing a short display and then cutting power again. I've already tried several fixes: switching to Ubuntu, updating BIOS firmware (all versions checked), updating drivers (only graphics driver available), and resetting the CMOS. Changing the battery for 24 hours didn’t help. The issue seems tied to the display itself. Could you assist? IMG_0109.MOV

Right after I posted, I noticed I missed disconnecting the CMOS battery while the main battery was off. That worked. I’m not sure how to finish this thread.
