You just completed your first PC build, but the CPU fan keeps spinning and then stopping repeatedly. You checked RAM placement and nothing changed. This issue might point to a faulty component needing replacement.

For gits and shiggles, connect the CPU fan to a standard fan port. If it behaves the same, the fan likely needs replacement.
