After enabling the xmp profile, I'm still stuck at 2133 MHz instead of the expected 3200 MHz. I attempted manual clocking, but the PC won't boot at 3200 MHz. Both my specs list a Ryzen 5 3600 and an ASRock X370 Pro 4, both supporting 3200 MHz. My RAM is a G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16VKB.

What is the voltage the RAM is operating at? You can attempt to raise the volts by 0.050 and then gradually increase the RAM speed until you achieve the optimal performance.

When I first turned it on, the voltage was 1.2 V instead of the expected 1.35 V, and adjusting it didn’t help.

Have you considered increasing your own speed or just adjusting the XMP profile?

I just tried 1.35v and 3200, but XMP didn't even start. Then I used just XMP 1.35 and it stayed still, but the reading was 2133.

Your x470 Tachi has a 3200 MHz clock speed, but it struggles with high-frequency sticks at that setting. It works at 3000 MHz, though not at full capacity. Keep in mind that any overclocking doesn<|pad|> can offer no certainty of success. The system will boot back to the default 2133 speed, so you can experiment with speeds like 2666 to test performance. If needed, a BIOS update might help improve stability.

It's the latest version available after setting up a new PC. Then I'll gradually boost the MHz. But it's disappointing when it doesn't always function at dedicated clock speeds.
