Your connection leads to a login page, which limits its usefulness (chocolate teapot). Have you saved the user guide from the Asrock website? If you navigate to Page 42, you'll find 'DRAM Configuration' listed under the 'OC Tweaker' section. That's likely where you should search for the XMP setting, though it may be in a different place, such as 'CPU configuration'. Explore the submenus until you locate it.

Inquire with the builder about running MemTest86 or a similar test to thoroughly verify RAM stability, or simply power on the machine and see if it reports "Hmm, that looks fine enough"?

I guess you meant to say "I can if u can help me" instead of "can't help me".
If you have a computer problem, I recommend searching on the internet. There's a wealth of helpful guides out there, for example this one:-

It describes several ways to enable Asrock XMP and if you follow the reverse procedure, you can disable XMP.
Your BIOS will probably boot up into the EZ Mode (Easy mode):
1). If your UEFI has an EZ mode interface, the UEFI should load this interface by default. You can click on
XMP Profile
under
DRAM Information
to toggle the profiles on this mode.
Alternatively if you switch to the Advanced Mode:
2). If your UEFI does not have an EZ mode,
Go to the
OC Tweaker
tab in Advanced mode.
Depending on
your BIOS version
, you may see the
DRAM Configuration
option or
DRAM Timing Configuration
section. If it is an option, select it to access its settings.
"Select
Load XMP Settings
and change the profile per your need. You should be able to see what the frequency, timing and voltage changes of the profile will be above this option. Setting it to
Auto
disables XMP on the motherboard."
3). Press
F10
or go to the
Exit
tab and select
Save Changes and Exit
.
It shouldn't take more than 60 seconds to change, once you've figured out the settings.
You may notice the computer has slowed down slightly when you disable XMP. This is normal.
If you want to check RAM stability, download MemTest86, burn it to a small USB flash drive (pretty much any size will do. e.g. 4GB, 8GB) and boot the computer from USB to test your RAM. It's far better than waiting for random RAM errors to occur and crash a game or important program.

Who knows, the 3200MT/s setting might prove to be perfectly stable in MemTest86 and the fault may lie elsewhere. You won't know until you run MemTest86 at each speed you set the RAM to, e.g. at 2133 and also at 3200MT/s.
If you don't feel sufficiently confident to run MemTest86, ask your "professional" builder if they ran this test (or similar) when they were building your machine.
If they say they just ran a 10 minute stress test (Prime 95, Aida64, etc.) then in my opinion, they haven't been thorough enough. Some RAM stability issues can be difficult to detect with only a "quick and dirty" 10-minute test.
If you paid a lot of money for this system, you deserve top notch service, but if you paid peanuts .......
Time is money and "wasting" 4 hours running MemTest86 might be seen as profit down the drain, but since Memtest86 can be left running unattended, there's no real excuse for not doing it, if you're building the system for someone else.
