Hey, I experienced my PC freezing repeatedly about ten times during a gaming session. It started without warning and I only saw one error message: kmode_exception_not_handled. After the crashes, my microphone stopped working and I couldn’t access display settings in the app because it would freeze. There was also an issue with the file srttrail.txt that blocked Windows from resolving itself. I’ve attached both dump files—one larger one from the first blue screen and another from when this happened. My system details are: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, Aorus RTX 3070 GPU, Asus ROG crosshair VIII, BIOS version 4402, 4 x Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 8GB RAM, and an EVGA 750 GQ PSU. If you need more info, feel free to ask. Contact: 053124-13609-01.dmp 053124-11625-01.dmp

Looking at the crashes, you've got an issue with the network driver. Do you have both Armory crate and the Intel Driver & Assistant Support installed? I've seen this before with both software trying to upgrade drivers to different versions and causing conflicts.

You have the Armory crate installed, but the Intel driver isn’t visible. It might have been there before, given the system’s history. You could try resetting your network drivers as a possible solution.

I’d look for the apps already installed, decide whether to restart, and then attempt a manual driver update from Asus’ website. You can try the Armory crate, though I usually prefer handling things directly.

It seems everything is working generally, but your display settings app keeps freezing. Could you clarify if the issue occurs only when accessing settings or under different conditions?
