I received a Ryzen 7 5800X. I damaged the "AZ_RST_L" pin (linked to onboard audio). I'm unsure if this affects my motherboard. My questions: 1) Can I get audio from my graphics card via HDMI? 2) Will a PCIe sound card work? 3) Which older processors match the Ryzen pin size?

You should definitely be able to capture audio from your graphics card, including transferring it via USB to a female mini jack.
