I'm using an i7-8700k, an EVGA 2060 graphics card, and 16GB RAM. Trying to stream at 720p60 with a bitrate of 2500 while aiming for 144fps on my end. However, I keep experiencing FPS drops and a very laggy, input-heavy experience. Any seasoned streamers have advice? I've already tested Software (x264), Hardware (NVENC), and the new Hardware(NVENC) settings without success. Updated January 11, 2020 by DirtyKeyboard

Set your FPS at 120. 144 isn't a multiple of 60 without leftovers. This alone might lead to odd frame timing during streaming, plus other complications.

Additionally, launching Streamlabs OBS and seeing it appear on the display beside me highlights the problem, which seems unusual.
