I shut down my computer as usual, but when I restart it, it doesn’t launch Windows. I’m able to access the BIOS, though not the operating system.

Are there several connected storage devices? It might be attempting to start from another one. Does your primary hard drive appear in the BIOS settings?

Start by verifying the boot sequence and confirming your SSD gets priority. Then consider turning off secure boot.

It looks like the SSD might be the problem. If you have another machine, consider making a USB "Hiren boot CD PE" to test it. This can help determine if the drive is functioning correctly. A helpful tutorial is available: Hope this assists!

It doesn't seem like the SSD is the problem.
