Hello everyone. I own an MSI gp65 leopard 10SFK laptop and almost sold it before performing a factory reset to sell it. While reinstalling Windows, I accidentally shut down the laptop, which caused it to lock out due to the “default user 0” error. To resolve this, I removed my M.2 SSD and installed an existing 2.5” SSD with Windows. It worked immediately. After that, I added a new M.2 SSD for extra storage, but after installation I can’t boot into Windows. I’ve changed the BIOS multiple times, but it still won’t start. Even after removing the new SSD, only the 2.5” one with Windows remains installed and it’s stuck in a boot loop showing a blank blue screen for about a minute before rebooting. I’m unsure what to do next.

Consider a new Windows setup using a flash drive after a full factory reset. This ensures no critical data is lost. This guide can assist if you're unfamiliar with installing Windows from a USB. Let me know if you need further clarification, Spannvis

One of your computers runs Windows 10 but won’t start from that specific drive. The 2.5-inch storage has been in use since a factory reset, leaving you with months of data that are now unreachable.
