Ensure default configurations are applied initially, possibly focusing on the boot drive only.

Hard drives, solid state drives, and optical drives. Disconnect everything except the mouse and keyboard. You’ll need a brand-new CPU, which means you’ll have to reset all the configuration settings from scratch.

I am fully convinced the CPU is defective. I’ve tried all possible solutions. The seller is very cooperative and suggested returning the item directly. They supplied the purchase receipt, so I considered reaching out to Intel for a replacement. It was bought in February 2020. How should I proceed with the RMA to get approval?
