I purchased a Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H from eBay. I installed an Intel i5 4690K and 16GB KVR16N11/8 DDR3 from Kingston. When I power on the PC, the fans begin spinning but then stop abruptly. There are no beeps from the motherboard and no video appears. I’m unsure what to do since everything worked fine with my previous board (except the GPU, which is why I changed the BIOS setting). Please assist me. The PSU is an LCP6550 V2.2.
