Set up your system using a R5 5600 and a B550M DS3H motherboard. After booting, check if your R5 5600 requires a BIOS update—look for the latest version compatible with it, such as F14. The information you shared seems to point toward a specific BIOS release.

The system is starting properly; you should now set up Windows (or any OS you prefer). Do you have a USB drive with at least 16GB available?

Can't resolve the issue. The device becomes unresponsive, and inserting a bootable USB doesn't fix it.

It might be necessary to update the BIOS. Unfortunately, your motherboard lacks BIOS flashback support, meaning you’d need a 3000 series (non-G) processor. Have you already attempted starting with the simplest setup—just the CPU, one RAM stick, and GPU—without any additional devices connected?

Also attempted to eliminate the NVME, swapped in the RAM to different slots, removed a RAM stick, and took out the keyboard and mouse. Still nothing worked.

I'm not sure which BIOS version is active at the moment.
