I maintained my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5) and replaced the thermal paste with a technician in late May. Six to seven days after the service, I encountered an issue where the system couldn’t recognize my SSD (bios image included). Interestingly, the error appears intermittently, and pressing the keyboard while gently shaking the machine often resolves it. What might be behind this problem?

If using a keyboard or shaking the device fixes the problem, it's likely a loose cable or an unsecured SSD in a removable form.

Sure, I'd reposition the SSD as well. Also, perform an SFC/DISM operation whenever possible. If you're unable to access the OS, create a Windows installation USB and run Startup Repair.

An SFC/DISM run is a process used to restart a server, typically involving System File Checker and DISM tools.
