Problem with starting the Lenovo Legion 5 after a restart.
Hello, I'm facing a serious problem with my Lenovo Legion 5 17ITH6H (Intel i7 11800-H + RX 3060). Restarting it causes the system to freeze and fail to boot. The keyboard backlight and power button light activate, but the screen remains black and the logo doesn't appear. To get it working again, I have to force shut by holding the power button for ten seconds. Even then, I can't simply turn it on. It takes roughly ten minutes before it powers up successfully. This laptop was purchased in mid-June 2022 and is no longer under warranty. I've already tried several fixes: reinstalling Windows and resetting BIOS settings, but nothing helped. This situation might relate to a RAM problem. If a RAM module begins to fail, the laptop may have difficulty starting because it gets stuck during hardware checks at boot time. If you're willing to open your laptop, start by confirming whether it uses one or two RAM modules. With just one, you'll likely need to take it to a repair service—they can test replacement parts. For two modules, power off the device and remove one stick. Reconnect it and see if the system boots normally. If it doesn’t, repeat the process with the other stick. This helps identify if a faulty RAM is causing the issue. For more details, refer to the guide at https://www.ifixit.com/Device/Lenovo_Legion_5_17ACH6H
