Problem with starting the computer.
I disassembled everything and think the CPU wasn’t secured correctly. Now it starts up, fans spin, RGB lights activate, and the GPU fans are working. However, it displayed the ASRock boot menu before anything else loaded, and once that ended the screen went black.
Everything is functioning properly now. It was just the riser cable from my recent update.
