PC starts normally with the old GPU, but with the new one it stays on the Intel screen and offers a BIOS option. I’m stuck trying to figure out what’s wrong, especially since I have a 650W PSU and the right power connectors are in place. Any tips or solutions would be super helpful.

Yes, I have a list of components in your assembly. It includes the CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Power Supply, and Storage.

Is the system able to start without a dedicated graphics card? If yes, utilize the built-in graphics and navigate the BIOS to verify graphics and PCIe configurations with the 3060 installed.
