Hello, I encountered an issue with my PC after using it for a while. A notification appeared saying "USB not recognized," and after about 15 seconds, the computer froze completely. When I tried to restart, it turned on but showed no display or RGB lights from peripherals. The debug LED stayed steady red, and the CPU was fine. I uninstalled and reinstalled my hardware, removed the CMOS battery for five minutes, and ran the system without any peripherals. Anyone have suggestions on what else I should do? My motherboard is an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max.

Apologies for the delayed response. Lately things have been really hectic. Based on what you've tried so far, it seems like the motherboard might be faulty. The only sure way would be to swap it out and test it. Luckily, replacing it gives you a return window.
